5 Ways to Beat Nutrition Business Burnout
5: SIMPLIFY GOALS
Instead of starting the day or week with an ambitious list of projects, simplify to one primary task each day.
If you are feeling motivated beyond that, then anything else you accomplish will be "bonus".
4: COOK A NEW RECIPE
If you are in a rut with your business, school, work, etc., I bet you are also in a rut with food.
Find a new recipe, food, or spice to add to your meals this week.
3: LOOK BACKWARDS
When you are always looking forward to the next thing, it is easy to loose perspective on how far you have come.
List out everything you have received + accomplished in the past year.
2: GET GROUNDED
Set aside time each day to go outside in nature, notice the sights/sounds/smells/temp/etc, and breathe deeply.
Boost this effect by walking barefoot in sand, water, or wet grass for an electrical "grounding effect" (science backs this up).
1: UNFOLLOW
Burnout often feeds comparison, which will leave you even more depleted.
Cleanse your social media feed by unfollowing accounts you no longer connect with.
